The A0>A2 (part I) course consists of 22 classes covering the first 10 chapters of “Nederlands in Gang" (Coutinho, 3th edition).
You will learn to use the language in various practical situations. We will cover topics such as introducing yourself, talking about family, ordering in a restaurant, buying new clothes, and visiting the doctor. You’ll also learn Dutch sentence structures and basic grammar, including the past tenses.
The groups are small (4-6 students) to create the most effective learning environment for optimal engagement and interaction with both fellow students and the teacher. We will also create a WhatsApp group to encourage communication and connecting outside the classroom. Homework will be assigned after each class.

The full course costs 570 euro for 22 classes, with the option to pay in instalments. Due to the nature of the group, there may be slight changes in the schedule.

The A1>A2 course consists of 22 classes covering chapters 11-18 of “Nederlands in Gang" (Coutinho, 3th edition).
Do you have basic knowledge of Dutch including the past tenses? In this course we will move it a step further and learn more about Dutch syntax, reflexive verbs, separative verbs, the word 'er', how to use conjunctions and talk about the future. We will cover topics such as small talk on birthdays, joining a gym, landscapes and films.
The groups are small (4-6 students) to create the most effective learning environment for optimal engagement and interaction with both fellow students and the teacher. We will also create a WhatsApp group to encourage communication and connecting outside the classroom. Homework will be assigned after each class.

Are you able to express yourself in basic Dutch conversations but feel like you need to refresh your knowledge and skills before starting at the B1 level? Did you complete your A2 course some time ago but don't feel fully confident and would like to review and practice the same things in more depth?
In this course you will revisit and practice the most important grammar and vocabulary from the A2 level. The focus will be on essential topics such as the past tenses, reflexive and separable verbs, 'er', future tense, and subordinate clauses with words like 'omdat'. Besides plenty of grammar, there will be opportunity for conversation too and we will talk about topics such as hobbies, travel and sports.
The groups are small (4-6 students) to create the most effective learning environment for optimal engagement and interaction with both fellow students and the teacher. We will also create a WhatsApp group to encourage communication and connecting outside the classroom.
For this course we use the textbook 'De Opmaat' and homework will be assigned after each class.

Have you completed a Dutch language course and reached A2 level, but still struggle with speaking? Do you know the basics of grammar but find it difficult to put your skills into practice? Do you want to become more fluent and confident in speaking? This course is for you!
In small groups of 4-6 students, we discuss a different topic for one hour each week. You'll practice everything you’ve learned up to the A2 level without studying new structures and verb tenses. The small group size ensures plenty of time to speak, and we work mostly in pairs. Homework is optional and will be given as a suggestion.
Enjoy speaking Dutch with your peers while having the teacher available to correct you when needed. Grow your vocabulary and learn in a safe and comfortable environment, becoming more confident and fluent in speaking Dutch.
After signing up, I will contact you to schedule a free intake. For this course, an A2 level is required. If you are unsure about your level, we will arrange a short level check.
For this course there are two options: the evening course on Wednesday or the lunchtime course on Tuesday.
The A2>B1 (part 1) course consists of 22 classes covering the first 5 chapters of "Nederlands in Actie” (Coutinho, 4th edition).
In this course, you’ll delve into more complex grammar and abstract vocabulary. We will discuss topics such as identity, food, and health, and you’ll learn to express your opinions, talk about goals and intentions, make proposals, and formulate wishes. Furthermore, you will gain a deeper understanding of separable verbs and relative clauses.
The groups are small (4-6 students) to create the most effective learning environment for optimal engagement and interaction with both fellow students and the teacher. We will also create a WhatsApp group to encourage communication and connecting outside the classroom. Homework will be assigned after each class.

The full course costs 570 euro for 22 classes, with the option to pay in instalments. Due to the nature of the group, there may be slight changes in the schedule.
Depending on the form and continuation of the group, A2>B1 (Part II) will be expected to start in the Spring of 2026 and covers the remaining six chapters of 'Nederlands in Actie' to reach complete B1 level.
